How water delivery works
In a nutshell:
- If your office has 25 employees or less, you can easily sign up online or over the phone at 800-759-4517.
For larger offices with more than 25 employees, you can sign up in minutes with a customer service rep at 800-759-4517.
- On the delivery date you've selected, we'll drop off your first delivery of water and a new water cooler if you've selected one.
- On subsequent delivery dates, we'll simply pick up the empty bottles and replace them with new ones!
- Manage your account online with the ability to change and skip deliveries, as well as add other great products like our popular On-The-Go sizes and even Starbucks® coffee!

Do I have to be at the office?
After your very first delivery, you don't have to be at the office to receive subsequent
deliveries. Just leave your empty bottles at a pre-arranged location and we will replace
them with your new delivery.

How much water do I need?
Office size and climate play a part in how much water you'll need. Use our handy

How often do you deliver?
You will receive deliveries every 3-4 weeks. Once you become a customer, you'll receive a printed
delivery schedule that will tell you exactly when you will receive your upcoming deliveries.
You can access your up-to-date delivery schedule online at any time at

How do I make changes?
It's easy! After you receive your first delivery, you can create an account at
eservice.zephyrhillswater.com
where you can view your bills, modify your upcoming deliveries, and add some of our other great
products like our popular On-The-Go sizes and Starbucks® coffee!

Do I need a water cooler?
You have the option of renting or purchasing use of one of our premium-quality water coolers.
