In a nutshell:
- Sign up for water delivery
online or over the phone at
800-759-4517.
- We'll drop off your first delivery of bottled water and set up a new water cooler if you've selected one.
- About once a month, we'll pick up the empty bottles and replace them with new ones.

Do I need to be home?
You are only required to be home to receive a delivery if we are arriving to set up or pick up a water
cooler at your home. You do not need to be at home to receive regular deliveries, just leave your empty
bottles at a pre-arranged location and we will replace them with your new delivery.

You can easily skip or modify upcoming deliveries by logging into your account online or by calling customer
service at 800-950-9398.

How often do you deliver?
Our Pure Savings Plans are delivered to your home on a set monthly delivery day. Once you
become a customer, you'll receive a printed delivery schedule that will tell you exactly
when you will receive your upcoming bottled water deliveries. You can access your up-to-date
delivery schedule online at any time.
How do I make changes?
It's easy! After you receive your first water delivery, you can create an account at
eservice.zephyrhillswater.com
where you can view your bills, modify your upcoming deliveries, and add some of our other great products
like our popular On-The-Go sizes, Super C vitamin mixes, or even Starbucks® coffee!

Do I need a water cooler?
By choosing one of our money-saving Pure Savings Plans, you have the option of getting free use** of one of our premium-quality water coolers. Already have a water cooler? No problem, you can continue to use your existing water cooler.
Don't have room for a water cooler? You can choose one of our convenient case plans and receive On-the-go sizes that are ready for the fridge! Take a look at our different plans.
